AT&T LEGACY T BARGAINING REPORT # 77

The Bargaining Team met with the Company today. This morning the Company explained, for over 2 hours, the details of their final offer. This is the first time the Company explained their offer to the Committee. We opened formal negotiations on the Puerto Rico contract. Yes - that’s correct. You will remember the Company passed its final offer on May 22, 2018 and we hadn’t had a formal session until today. That is the reason we filed the Federal charge against AT&T for bargaining in bad faith.

After reviewing this proposal, the Bargaining Team formulated counters and presented them to the Company this evening. The Company returned to the table shortly after receiving our proposal and rejected it.

This Bargaining Team is determined, now more than ever, to bring in a fair and just contract for all of our Members because the Company is standing on their final offer, which in no way meets the Members' needs.
