AT&T LEGACY T BARGAINING REPORT #64

The Bargaining Team met with the Company today. They surprised us with a company comprehensive final proposal package. While the Company was explaining the proposal package to us, they released an e-mail to the employees with a more detailed explanation than they were giving the Bargaining Team. We believe this is direct dealing with the membership and it’s an Unfair Labor Practice. We must repeat to you we were still at the bargaining table while this e-mail was telling our members to question the Stewards, Officers, Leadership and the Bargaining Committee before we even had an explanation from the Company. This proposal that has been presented to our members falls far short of our Members’ needs. We are currently seeking legal counsel for our next steps. Their behavior is outrageous and we will be scheduling a call with the Local Presidents.
