Bargaining resumed today with the Union rejecting the Company?s outrageous proposal on Article 21-Absence.

JANUARY 29, 2013 - Bargaining resumed today with the Company making a presentation on COR Compensation. During this presentation the Company explained their new commission plan for year 2013 in comparison to the plan that was in effect for 2012.

The Union spent the day reviewing all relevant data that has been provided by the Company to date and formulating new proposals that will be presented in future meetings. No formal discussions took place today. Included in the report are the results for the two polls taken during the Town Hall call held last night.

Bargaining resumed today with a short meeting with the Company. The Company had no answers to any of the proposals that have been passed to date nor did they have any new ones.

The Company and Union met again today for a brief time. There were no new proposals passed today; however, the Company did provide the relevant data that had been requested by the Union.
