The most important provisions of President Obama's health care reform bill (the Affordable Care Act) are set to go into effect January 1, 2014. CWA bargainers from around the country have been sending us excellent questions about health reform and other health care matters. We will be posting our answers to these questions here on the CWA Health Care web page as they come up. Today we'll look at what responsibilities employers will have to cover temporary workers under the Affordable Care Act.

More than 100 people attended the workshops about the Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare) held at CWA?s Convention in Pittsburgh last month. We will be posting answers to questions brought up during those workshops, and others as they arise, here on the CWA Health Care web page. Today we'll look at a persistent myth floating around the internet and right-wing talk radio regarding taxes on middle-class home sales.
