CWA members and leaders stood with lawmakers for the right of workers in public service to bargain earlier this week with the re-introduction of the Public Service Freedom to Negotiate Act.

Last week, President Trump issued an illegal executive order targeted at workers’ freedom to form unions and bargain contracts.

CWA hosted a town hall for members and retirees about recent actions that the Trump Administration has taken that could make it more difficult to enforce our contracts.

Last month, members of CWA Local 7777, union allies, and supporters met at the Colorado state capitol to speak directly to legislators.

Over the past week, healthcare workers and allies have held rallies in Atlanta, Ga., and Washington, D.C., calling for an end to funding cuts for critical healthcare infrastructure.
