For Hi-Tech Training Look No Further

More than 700 CWA members have taken courses through the CWA/NETT Academy. To find out what the program can offer you, check out www.cwanett.org.

"CWA/NETT is a union benefit and an economical solution to obtaining training for career advancement," says Kevin Celata, CWA's network and technical training administrator.

On the site, you can explore all of CWA's training options leading to certifications. Many courses can also be taken for college credit. You will be invited to register and take either a standardized Technical Knowledge Test or Customer Service Representative Test to measure your current knowledge and skills. CWA/NETT now offers preparatory courses in math and electronics keyed to the requirements of employer-based exams.

Counseling is available to help you decide what course you need and to advise you on training benefits available through your employer or CWA. You can even register online for courses through Stanly Community College.
