CWA to AT&T: Quality Counts

CWA Vice Pres. Ralph Maly, Communications and Technologies, tells AT&T shareholders and executives that providing quality service should be the company's primary focus and that means investment in a quality workforce and plant and equipment improvements. Some 100 CWA members and retirees leafleted outside the AT&T annual meeting in Savannah, Ga., then joined shareholders inside to support several proposals, including limits on executive compensation.
