Fourteen EZ Pass union activists who were fired without warning March 8 at the company's Staten Island, N.Y. call center by ACS/Xerox, their employer, got their jobs back this week thanks to a big public backlash that targeted the company's brazen and illegal tactics.

FCC Plan Can Help Restore US Standing in High-Speed Broadband

Verizon-West Bargaining Continues Past Contract Expiration

CWA members at Verizon West are gearing up their mobilization to support the fight for a fair contract as negotiations for 5,500 workers continued this week past the Mar. 13 contract expiration.

More Workers Join CWA

Workers at three companies in CWA District 4 now have CWA representation; their employers agreed to CWA recognition when a majority of workers demonstrated that they wanted a union voice.
