Instructions for Facebook:

  1. Right click on the image and save it to your computer.
  2. Sign into your Facebook account and go to your personal profile or organizational page.
  3. Hover in the upper-right-hand corner of your current profile picture.
  4. Click "Change picture."
  5. Click "Upload picture."
  6. Browse your computer and select the image you just saved.
  7. Select the image and your profile picture will be updated.

Instructions for Twitter:

  1. Right click on the image and save it to your computer.
  2. Sign into your Twitter account.
  3. Click "Settings" at the top of the page.
  4. Click "Profile."
  5. Click "Change Image."
  6. Browse your computer and select the image you just saved.
  7. Click "Save" and your profile picture will be updated.
