VERIZON RAKES IN HUGE REVENUE BECAUSE OF ITS WORKERS' EFFORTS | Staten Island Advance

I am a member of one of the striking unions against Verizon and I'd like to set out some facts:

* There is no such thing as wireless service! Your service comes from towers we wire with high-tech circuits and we maintain the towers.

* We provide wires and circuits that run ATMs WiFi cafes, the White House, The New York Stock Exchange, state governments in Trenton and Albany and the list goes on and on.

* We bring in huge revenues. Fios is wired service.

The CEO wants to keep all of you in the dark. We just want our fair share. We are not obsolete! We are vital!
