Telecom News - 175 AT&T Jobs Return to Little Rock
AT&T has announced that it will open a DSL/Internet support call center in Little Rock, Ark. as part of the company's agreement with CWA to return customer service jobs to the United States that had been outsourced.
The center, the ninth one the company has announced since the pact with CWA, will have 175 jobs for CWA-represented workers. The agreement is bringing back 3,000 CWA jobs, with call centers now open, being staffed or under construction in Texas, Indiana, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nevada, and Alabama.
