In the News: AT&T Retail Workers Pick CWA in Georgia, Kentucky

Seeking the same bargaining rights and affordable health care that 39,000 of their CWA-represented co-workers at AT&T Mobility enjoy, more than 900 of the company's retail sale workers in Georgia and Kentucky have joined the union through a majority card-check campaign.

District 3 Vice President Noah Savant said statewide efforts made the victory possible, praising local organizers for volunteering to work outside of their areas to reach out to potential members.

Since last fall, more than 3,000 AT&T workers have organized with CWA through card check.
