More than 600 CWA members have taken courses though the CWA National Education and Training Trust. Training and assistance to take the next step in your career are just a click away. Set your web browser for www.cwanett.org and explore what CWA/NETT has to offer.

“CWA/NETT is a union benefit and an economical solution to obtaining training for career advancement,” says Kevin Celata, CWA’s network and technical training administrator.

Once on the site, you will be able to explore all of CWA’s training options leading to certifications. Many courses can also be taken for college credit.

You will be invited to register and take either a standardized Technical Knowledge Test or Customer Service Representative Test to measure your current knowledge and skills.

Counseling is available to help you decide what courses you need and to advise you on training benefits available through your employer or possible scholarships through CWA.

You can even register online for courses through Stanly Community College, and the site is linked to CWA’s Employment and Training Center where members post resumes for referral to employers.
