Bargaining Report 63 Legacy T June 30, 2012

The day was spent in bargaining about absence, CBA, Article 39, job security, vacations, and the Alliance.
Bargaining continued until 7:00 PM tonight and while progress was made on several of our important Legacy T issues, we were not able to come to an agreement on others and finally decided to stop for today.

Even if we settle these issues, we still need to remember that wages, traditional pensions and health care are still unsettled.

The next report will be on Monday, though the team is available to meet tomorrow if necessary.
