ATTN: Bell Atlantic/NYNEX Employees - FMLA Review Deadline Extended to Feb. 15, 1999

The deadline for all CWA-represented Bell Atlantic/NYNEX employees to participate in the SPECIAL FMLA REVIEW PROCESS has been extended to Feb. 15, 1999. Anyone who believes they were wrongfully denied FMLA leave from November 14, 1994 through October 1, 1998 or did not know about the option of FMLA leave can participate in this process. If FMLA leave was wrongfully denied, affected employees can have steps removed, absence records corrected, and be compensated for lost wages and/or be reinstated, as applicable.
