Workers at the Verizon Wireless store in Oswego, Ill., unanimously signed cards in favor of forming a union with CWA.
The complaint also finds Verizon management made unlawful threats to employees at multiple Seattle-based stores in an effort to discourage unionization.

The win adds to the growing number of Verizon retail locations to have formed a union as workers continue to organize nationwide.
