The primary goal of the Organized Workers of Lakeside is to uplift the lives of all involved, both in and out of the workplace. Acting as a single unifying voice, we strive to create a healthy work environment, inclusive to all individuals with a focus on open communication and transparency, a healthy work-life balance, quality benefits, and professional training and mentorship.
