The conference will be held October 16-18 at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We will commence at 2pm on Sunday, October 16 and conclude at 3pm on Tuesday, October 18.  Please plan your travels so that you can stay for the entire event. 

The agenda will be filled with sessions providing information and strategies to help represent the interests of CWA customer service members and develop a strategic plan for organizing and bargaining. Customer service workers face unique pressures in today’s global economy, and CWA aims to support workers with the tools to take on those challenges in their workplaces as part of a broader movement for economic and social justice.
