The headquarters staff can also provide information from the NLRB Election History database of all representation elections involving CWA or other unions at operations of a particular employer in past years. Using that information, you can contact other unions to talk about the employer's past tactics and current labor relations policies. The AFL-CIO's Unicore database combines corporate structure information from Dun & Bradstreet and unionized status information from AFL-CIO affiliates. Unicore reports show all company locations, union representation, if any, and additional information: number of employees, parent company, secondary business name, and ULP and OSHA violations.
