Exception Pay US. Technicians for the Week of 7/6 through 7/11

SUBJECT: Exception Pay U. S. Technicians for the Week of 7/6 through 7/11

 We were notified by the company of the problem: 

Payroll has notified us that there is an issue with U.S. technicians’ exception time for the week of 7/6-7/11 (time beyond 40 hours, night differential, beeper pay) not being loaded from the time reporting system into the payroll system. This will be corrected and included in the paycheck technicians will receive on 7/25. We regret the inconvenience this will cause.

 We are in the process of notifying affected employees as well. 

Avaya has identified a bad file in the system as corrupting the correct loading of the data.  Avaya is working now to correct the problem. 

If you are an affected technician you should be notified by the company.  Should you have any issue, please contact your Local and they in turn will reach out to the T&T office.
